Julia has led numerous service groups and educational events that have made a real impact on the community.
Giving back has always been a part of her life, even as a child, when she was part of the Founding Class of Project 351 representing her hometown. Throughout her career, she seeks to work on projects that promote social good.
While studying at Emerson College, she ran the 48 Hour Film Festival, which premiered twice at the Loews Theater, and hosted many educational workshops for the Film Immersion Program.
While coordinating the Multihouse ENGAGE Accelerator, Julia oversaw a program that raised thousands of supplies for the Los Angeles houseless community, garnered $6,000 in government funding for nonprofits, connected startups with mentors and business opportunities, and was recognized by Congressman Adam Schiff for their efforts.
